Before detoxing your body, let us know why detox is important. In today's modern era, we are consuming polluted air, we often eat fast food, fried food, processed food, packet food, which we do not get from direct nature and this type of food is not easily digested in the body. Due to not being digested properly, they get stuck in our intestines where they keep rotting. When these accumulated dirt in the body reaches other organs through the blood, then problems start.If it blocks the wind pipe, then problems like asthma, if it gets stuck in the intestines, then constipation, if it comes on the skin layer, then problems like acne arise. 1.Drink warm or lukewarm water every morning
There are small micro channels in our body. These microchannels get closed while sleeping, and toxins start accumulating in them. By drinking warm or lukewarm water in the morning, the dirt or toxins deposited in these microchannels go into the stomach and from there they are passed out through defecation. Initially, wake up in the morning and drink a glass of warm or lukewarm water. After this, gradually increase the amount of water to 2 or 3 glasses.
2.Yoga and exercise
Yoga and exercise are very helpful in taking out the dirt accumulated in our body, so we should do yoga or exercise daily so that the dirt accumulated in the body comes out. There are many exercises and yogasanas that you can adopt in your life to detox the body. Apart from this, running 1 to 2 km daily in the morning is also very beneficial. 3.Oil pulling
Oil pulling is a method that is being used since ancient times. To detox the body, in this process you have to take 10ml to 20ml oil in your mouth and gargle for 2 to 4 minutes. You can take sesame, mustard or coconut oil for gargiling, but in Ayurveda, sesame oil is said to be the best. After gargiling for 2 to 4 minutes, spit out the oil.
Oil pulling makes our skin glow, the spots present on the skin disappear, the teeth are strong and healthy, the cavity present in the teeth is removed, apart from this it is also beneficial in diseases related to eyes, ears, nose etc.
